Even Ryan Seacrest Needs Help Staying On Top Of Things During The Day

Ryan Seacrest is a very busy man. Once he arrived in New York City, where he is now a resident, Mr. Seacrest has been busy with a lot of different projects. He starts his day with his morning show, titled “Live with Kelly and Ryan”. After his morning show he hosts a nationally syndicated radio show  (On Air with Ryan) while also producing other shows. He has been the producer of the hit show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, and he is a former host and producer of “American Idol”.

According to E! News, on top of the shows that he hosts and produces, Ryan Seacrest is also an involved entrepreneur. Presently he is running a skin care product line, and he has his own clothing label. Many people would wonder how someone could have the energy to juggle all of these different projects. Ryan understands this, and he has a way to stay on top of all of the different obligations he has.

In the mornings when he gets up, Ryan Seacrest showers, shaves, puts on a hoodie, jeans, and boots, and heads down to his kitchen for a cup of matcha tea and a cup of coffee. He maintains his energy by having workouts in the middle of the day when other people would be working or having a lunch break. He maintains that it is necessary to keep the body in physical shape when being constantly in motion. He works with many trainers and coaches to keep himself in optimal physical shape.

Ryan Seacrest (@ryanseacrest) also desires to keep his mind level by turning off his phone periodically and operating his own non-profit foundation. The Ryan Seacrest Foundation wishes to educate children by involving them in entertainment and learning focused pursuits. They are currently in process of building Seacrest Studios, an initiative designed to have media broadcast centers positioned in pediatric hospitals around the country. He wants to give the kids opportunities to learn more about radio, television, and other forms of media. His goal is to operate these media centers in connection with local journalism schools to involve the students of those schools, while giving them an opportunity to learn more and be a part of their communities.
