Jorge Moll earned his Neuroscience Medical Degree for the Rio de Janeiro Federal University in Brazil. He completed his residency at the same university. Later, Dr. Moll took and finished his Experimental Pathophysiology Ph.D. from Brazil’s Sao Paulo University.
It is an innate characteristic of Jorge Moll to help people who are plagued with ailments that adversely affect their lives. Currently, Dr. Moll is a Board Member and the President of D’Or Institute of Research and Education (IDOR) as well as the Director of the CBNU of the Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience Unit including the Neuroinformatics Workgroup (a prominent imaging and diagnostics laboratory). Aside from his busy work schedule, he is a family who resides in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Dr. Moll reveals that majority of his days are involved in meetings, which involves discussing a myriad of topics with entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, associates, and students; because he is confident that collaboration and free interchange of ideas are necessary for being productive.
Dr. Moll further explained that for his ideas to become a reality, he has to make choices on which one must be forsaken in favor of the others that can be converted into an action plan which will pave the way for establishing a partnership or association with others.
Jorge likewise says that he is very interest in artificial intelligence that involves cognitive schemes where the human brain and machines can function together and is correspondingly captivated with new advances related to gene therapy and regenerative medicine.
To be productive Dr. Jorge Moll encourages open-mindedness and transparency that must be coupled with a skill to be able to succeed. He also recommends that it is not a good habit to plan and hold on to ideas for a long time – it would be better to move on to the next best idea or plan if the current ones are not going to be implemented or are not good enough.
