Graham Edwards is the founding CEO of Telereal and has seen it through many different growing pains. The first situation was an instance where Edwards led the fledgling company into a strategic partnership with Bt Plc (British Telecom). This partnership enabled them to acquire new properties in a deal that was worth just of 2.4 billion pounds. Their holdings increased an extra 59.2 million square feet and created Telereal into the part of what the company is today.
Perhaps to some it must have seemed like a foregone conclusion that Graham Edwards would be a humongous asset to the new company. Before his time at Telereal Trillium, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Talisman Global Asset Management. He played a crucial role in helping the company to grow. When he began this position, they only had about 50 million pounds in assets, and when he left they had as high as one billion pounds in properties. Thus, to say that Graham Edwards has the Midas Touch when it comes to U.K. property development would not be too far-fetched of an assumption.
