While helping with the leadership of a celebration for American Eagles plans to move their headquarters over to the South side she deliberately wore jeans. A remark was made by Governor Ed Rendell in regards to a president being so very young.
Ms. Susan McGalla’s opinion on being a woman in the business world is unique. When she was approached by a group asking her to apply for an award given to women executives she filled put the application. She spoke to them of growing up in Ohio with a father who coached football and two brothers. They taught her she was neither a woman or a man but a person.
Ms. McGalla learned confidence from her family and does not use the woman card. She can have a conversation with anyone regarding either shopping or sports and do so with passion.
